Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner Andrew Snowden vows to put more cops on the streets to help tackle antisocial behaviour in South Ribble
Commissioner Andrew Snowden says authorities are working hard to stabilise police numbers so that community officers can be more visible in their neighbourhoods to help deter nuisance behaviour.
He made the reassurances to community members at a Coffee With a Cop meeting hosted last night at Bamber Bridge Football Club by Coun. Jeff Couperthwaite, with PC Charlie Bamber and PCSO Ben Rowland also in attendance.

Hide AdCommissioner Snowden, who toured Lostock Hall and Bamber Bridge earlier that day, said: “What we want to see is more police pounds spent on front-line policing.
"The main drivers of antisocial behaviour are the same across all of Lancashire. Often you find it spirals out of control in places where people want to congregate. What we do need is a lot of police presence to help people feel safe.”
