Julie Marshall, 54, of Warbreck Drive, Blackpool - also known as John Robert Marshall - has been jailed for nine months and ordered to sign the Sex Offender's Register for 10 years, after she was caught using a hospital's public wifi network to download indecent images while recovering from a heart attack.
The pervert was found with a stash of more than 81,000 images of child abuse, and admitted downloading indecent images of children as young as four.

Today, the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) welcomed the sentencing, but it has called on the Government and tech giants to do more to tackle the 'repulsive trade' in child abuse images.
A spokesperson for the NSPCC said: “Every one of the 81,000 images in Marshall’s appalling collection represents a child who has suffered abuse which could affect them for the rest of their lives.
"By seeking out these appalling images, Marshall has helped fuel this repulsive trade and contributed to the abuse of children for over more than a decade.
