Delays after Mini Cooper and Vauxhall Astra crash at Penwortham Way junction

Traffic has been delayed in Whitestake following a crash on Penwortham Way.

A black Mini Cooper and a red Vauxhall Astra have crashed at the junction with Chain House Lane.

Police are at the scene but no one is believed to be seriously injured in the crash which happened shortly after midday

Motorists are being warned to expect short delays as the vehicles are recovered from the junction.
