Android users warned to immediately check 193 apps that could empty your bank account - full list

Android users have been urged to check over 190 apps that could potentially empty your bank account. The nine most affected apps have a total of 12.5 million downloads between them.

They are: HexaPop Link 2248, Macaron Match, Macaron Boom, Jelly Connect, Tiler Master, Crazy Magic Ball, Bitcoin Master, Happy 2048 and Mega Win Slots. Users are being told to delete the affected apps.

Tech safety experts warned that the apps reportedly have disguised malware with researchers saying it puts a "larger user base at risk of potential privacy breaches and data exfiltration".
